Sleep coaching includes an in-depth intake form, 1 hour sleep education phone or video call, customized sleep support plan emailed to you,  and 3 emails a week to troubleshoot or check in. 4 weeks of support total is provided starting from receipt of the sleep plan. This package is great for parents who would like plenty of support implementing the sleep plan.
